Due to an exciting project underway, Iron Mountain is rapidly expanding and seeking multiple Mail-room Team Members to join its friendly team.


Your New Role


As the Mail-room Team Member, you’ll play a pivotal role on-site for one of Iron Mountain’s key clients, ensuring smooth mail and package operations. There are two part-time opportunties, 5am-9am Mon-Fri, with a possibility of being required to work until 1pm on the odd occasion.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Organising mail sorting, collection and distribution.
  • Receiving, sorting, recording, and distributing mail and deliveries.
  • Performing general office administration tasks and additional duties as needed.
  • Scanning, filing, and retrieving mail documents.
  • Assisting the Team Leader in collating mail and courier data.
  • Adhering to company WHS procedures.

About You

  • Previous mail room experience is essential
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Basic-intermediate computer skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Must be able to pass a police check and drug and alcohol test.
